At Red Jacket Orchards, we’ve been cold pressing our juice for almost 70 years, using the traditional “rack and cloth” method. It’s Juice Joy, as close as you can get to eating whole fruit, and we plan to keep it that way. We are bringing a premium, small batch juice to every home in the country.

We've raised three generations of the Nicholson family in the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes, deeply committed to the land. We use the apples we grow and source locally to create cold pressed juices that are naturally functional and nutritious.
