We make this extended-shelf life cider the same way as our traditional classic. By simply adding a naturally derived preservative from the Dacryopinax spathularia mushroom, we can maintain its fresh, declicisouness while providing you with more time to use it all up. Some retailers will display this cider outside of refrigeration, which is perfectly ok. We just recommend that you refrigerate it when you get home and certainly after opening.
