Our online shipping guidelines are as follows:

• Order deadline is Sundays at midnight for shipping of orders the following week. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday, it will be shipped out the following Monday. If an order is placed on Sunday BEFORE midnight, the order will be shipped out on Monday.
• We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Red Jacket is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
• Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $20 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Red Jacket is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

All products must be refrigerated before and after they’re opened; this will ensure your juice stays as fresh, delicious and nutritious as the day it was pressed!


Please enjoy within one week of opening (we know it won’t last that long!) and comply with the use-by date on the bottle.

Yes! Our juices are cold-pressed, unfiltered, and never from concentrate — just real fruit, pressed fresh, with nothing added and nothing watered down.

That’s all the good stuff! Our juices are unfiltered, which means they retain the fiber, antioxidants, and natural texture of the fruit — the way nature intended.

Nope. Just fruit. We don’t add preservatives or anything artificial — ever. And only our lemonade has added sugar.

Yes to all three. Our juices are certified kosher, vegan-friendly, and naturally gluten-free.

It’s our premium line of small batch, artisanal nectars made with estate grown and native fruits of the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. They are unfiltered to maintain antioxidant levels superior to clarified juice and taste as close to eating the real fruit as you can get.

Technically, yes. Freezing won’t harm it. Just know it may change the texture a bit. For best quality, we recommend keeping it refrigerated and enjoying it fresh.
