Due to continued challenges within the shipping industry, the following guidelines will be in effect starting June 1, 2022, until further notice.
All packages will be shipped UPS ground or residential, with the customer responsible for all shipping charges. The customer will have the option of selecting express, 2 day or 3 day air, for an additional cost.
All packages are shipped Monday-Wednesday by 10:00 am. Orders received after noon on Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday.
We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Red Jacket is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order and in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $20 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Red Jacket is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
