Lilac Blackcurrant Cocktail
Don't sleep on Lilac season! Try this refreshing Lilac Blackcurrant cocktail made with Black Button lilac gin.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Red Jacket Blackcurrant apple juice
- 2oz Black Button lilac gin
- 1 oz lilac simple syrup (To make: heat 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until dissolved. Add 1 cup lilac flowers and simmer for 10 minutes)
- Shake and pour over ice
- Top with a splash of club soda
- Garnish with lilac flowers
